Trajko "Tony" Papuckoski was born and raised in Indiana to hardworking immigrant parents from Macedonia. Growing up in a household infused with the rich cultural heritage of his ancestry, Tony learned the values of perseverance, community, and giving back from an early age.

After completing his education at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, laying the groundwork for a successful career in the financial world. He embarked on his professional journey with a strong sense of purpose and determination, fueled by his desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Tony's career path led him to various roles within the financial sector, starting in a retail bank where he interacted closely with clients, helping them navigate their financial goals and aspirations. His dedication and expertise caught the attention of industry leaders, leading him to join the home office of one of the largest independent broker-dealers in the country. There, he honed his skills in investment management and financial planning, earning the trust and respect of both colleagues and clients alike.

Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous growth, Tony later transitioned to a prominent role in one of the fastest-growing and largest privately-owned Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping and guiding clients towards financial success, earning a reputation for his integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach. He also mentored a number of new associates to the firm along the way.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tony is deeply invested in giving back to his community and preserving his Macedonian heritage. He has dedicated his time and expertise to various nonprofit organizations, including the United Macedonian Diaspora, helping to organize a Gala in Honor of Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov during the Chicago NATO 2012 summit. He has also been a member and volunteer at Saints Constantine and Helen Antiochian Orthodox Church, where he actively contributes to the Board and various ministries.

Despite his busy schedule, Tony finds immense joy and fulfillment in spending time with his energetic twins, whom he lovingly nurtures and supports in chasing their dreams and aspirations. Whether it's helping them learn new skills, exploring the great outdoors, or simply sharing quality time together, Tony cherishes every moment spent with his family, embodying the values of love, dedication, and resilience passed down through generations.
